These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and OmicsOS, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as LobsterHoney ("OmicsOS," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the LobsterHoney platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
LobsterHoney is an AI agent detection and intelligence platform operated by OmicsOS, Inc. The Service deploys honeypot traps across your infrastructure that are designed to be invisible to human visitors but detectable by AI agents. When an AI agent interacts with a trap, the Service captures intelligence about the agent including its behavior patterns, system prompts, and operator identity.
The Service includes: trap deployment and management, a beacon script for client-side detection, detection scoring and classification, a dashboard for viewing threat intelligence, alert notifications (email, Slack, Discord, webhooks), API access for programmatic integration, and vulnerability scanning tools.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Free tier features may change without notice.

The Service, including its design, code, detection algorithms, and scoring engine, is the intellectual property of OmicsOS, Inc. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved. "LobsterHoney" and related logos are trademarks of OmicsOS, Inc.
Detection data captured by your traps belongs to you and is accessible only within your organization. You grant us a limited license to process your detection data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time through the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Usage limits (trap counts, hit quotas, data retention) are enforced according to your active plan.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OmicsOS, Inc. does not guarantee that the Service will detect all AI agents, prevent all security incidents, or operate without interruption.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OmicsOS, Inc. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to OmicsOS, Inc. for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OmicsOS, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. Upon termination, your detection data will be deleted according to the retention schedule, and your traps will stop functioning.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue resolution in the courts specified in the Governing Law section above.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OmicsOS, Inc. regarding your use of the Service, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
