By creating an account or using the LobsterHoney platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
LobsterHoney is an AI agent detection and intelligence platform. The Service deploys honeypot traps across your infrastructure that are designed to be invisible to human visitors but detectable by AI agents. When an AI agent interacts with a trap, the Service captures intelligence about the agent including its behavior patterns, system prompts, and operator identity.
The Service includes: trap deployment and management, a beacon script for client-side detection, detection scoring and classification, a dashboard for viewing threat intelligence, alert notifications (email, Slack, Discord, webhooks), API access for programmatic integration, and vulnerability scanning tools.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Free tier features may change without notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
The Service, including its design, code, detection algorithms, and scoring engine, is the intellectual property of LobsterHoney. Detection data captured by your traps belongs to you and is accessible only within your organization. You grant us a limited license to process your detection data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time through the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Usage limits (trap counts, hit quotas, data retention) are enforced according to your active plan.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. LobsterHoney does not guarantee that the Service will detect all AI agents, prevent all security incidents, or operate without interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LobsterHoney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to LobsterHoney in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or if required by law. Upon termination, your detection data will be deleted according to the retention schedule, and your traps will stop functioning.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
